LaFayette, Ala., Nov. 20, 2006 -- Both sides have now rested their cases in the trial of former Lanett city councilman Barry Waites, who is accused of murdering his the wife, Charlotte, in 1998. The case has now gone to the jury. Jury deliberations start at 9 a.m. on Tuesday.
